Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier’s tracking website.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Appstonlab Technologies LLP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, if applicable.
