Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check order status from within the Shubh Panchang app.

No — all sales are final. As our products are sacred, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. You can cancel free before dispatch by writing to admin@shubhpanchang.com. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it.

Keep the beads dry and away from perfume or oil, take them off before bathing, and store them in the cloth pouch we provide. Each product page has care tips for that item.

Our panchang experts check the calendar and suggest the right products for each tithi, nakshatra, and muhurat. You also get this guidance in the app.

Download the Shubh Panchang app and add your gotra and ishta devata to your profile. The app then suggests timings, poojas, and items made for you.
