Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been delivered. Please review the product details, quantity and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@shubhpanchang.com. We can consider cancellation requests only before the order has been processed or dispatched. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

When a cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will process any applicable refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging at admin@shubhpanchang.com. We will replace or refund the item to your original payment method promptly.
